~ This was my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in! Everything was super clean-plush white towels, crisp white linens, sparkling kitchen and bathrooms. The house itself has so much charm and is filled with cozy nooks and attention to detail. There are plenty of gathering spaces both indoors and out. The view from the deck and fire pit is stunning. The trails on the property are so magical and all ages of our group loved exploring them! Well stocked with cooking supplies. Location is quiet & private but with easy access to nearby swimming spots, stores, restaurants, etc. We even got picked up right at the house for a day of wine tasting! A beautiful home in a beautiful area. We had the best time and definitely would stay here again! ~Emily​
 
~ We had an amazing visit at Park Place! It is truly unique - we loved the magical mystery of the hike on the property and enjoyed stumbling on all of the treasures along the way. The tea house is lovely, my nieces were enchanted by this and also by the chess table which was where they parked themselves immediately on arrival. All of the careful touches - like white linens and towels, new dish towels, high quality kitchenware, bathroom cabinets, and the huge white dining table inside made were perfect ! Finally, we loved the pizza oven and the view! We hope to be back in the future! ~Julie
 
~ We rented the house for a family vacation that my parents had been wanting to do for years. It finally worked out and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! Plenty of space for the 14 of us. The property is beautiful and worth the morning hikes or run. The pizza over was a highlight for the family evening. Highly recommend this stay. Hope to be back again!! ~Josh

~ Absolutely perfect stay! We spent the first few hours “oohing” and “ahhing” over the house and faerie-esque trails! Then we settled in to enjoy meals together on the outdoor patio and round the kitchen table. Plenty of space for a large group! We hope to be back!! ~Beth

~ Beautiful house and property! Perfect for our family reunion. My family very much enjoyed the trails, and the porch and firepit were well-loved too. The big coffee table in the living room was ideal for big puzzles. The kitchen was set up well for family cooking and hanging out. Everything we hoped and more. Magical place. ~Laura
 
~ We had a magical stay at Park Place! The house was perfect, made our own pizza in the wood fire oven and had cook outs every day. Exploring the private woods was awesome and everything was super clean and well stocked. We will definitely be planning our next finger lakes vacation around Park Place’s availability! ~Jonah
 
~ Park place is amazing! There was plenty of space in all of the bedrooms and the common areas were extremely comfortable. Our favorite part was the outdoors, where there were plenty of seating options to eat, relax, and enjoy the view and a nice fire. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the 4 nights we were there. it's very close to a few wineries and stores and the on-property hiking trail with fun stops along the way was a favorite for the group! Definitely recommend staying here! ~Lori

~ We were thrilled to be able to snag this house on short notice, after another house we had reserved canceled last minute. It's a great house for groups with 4 full bathrooms and plenty of bedrooms. We loved the soft and cozy bed linens! Plenty of towels, glassware, dishes, and silverware, and even a few extra little touches like a bottle of wine, snacks, and make-up towels. The furniture all seemed new and clean. A nice job in modernizing this house. The view from the porch and firepit area was lovely. We enjoyed watching the moonrise over the ridge each evening. And the little hike on the property is a nice activity - at the end of one path there is a vineyard, which you will discover from the scent of the grapes! We walked the trail a second time so we could leave an offering for the 'fairy castle'. Would absolutely stay here again! ~Adrienne
 
~ Wow! This property is truly beautiful and one-of-a-kind! The house itself is historic (circa 1850) but beautifully redone. The view of the lake is priceless. The grounds were so unique with the tea house overlooking the waterfall and the other various hiking highlights. Such a convenient location to numerous wineries and the quaint town of Hammondsport. Definitely visit Bully Hill Winery and the local Farmer's Market in Hammondsport on Saturdays and Sundays. I'd recommend using Main Street Drivers to drive you to the numerous wineries  We will be back! ~Ashley

~ Highly recommend this property. Not only is spacious and beautiful decorated but it has ample spots to gather with your group and a beautiful view of the lake! So close to all the wineries and breweries as well as boat rentals. Hosts were super responsive as well! ~Victoria
