Throughout the years, we would pack up our car and gather our children for an adventure to explore the wonderous beauty of the Finger Lakes. Whether it be boating, swimming or camping with other families or sneaking away with our adult friends for wine tours, we always loved the escape from everyday life.  

In the Spring of 2020, we decided to find a property in our beloved Finger Lakes that we could share with our family & friends and also utilize as a short term vacation rental.  We discovered an old distressed Bed & Breakfast property for sale.  When we first set eyes on it, we fell in love with all the extraordinary magic that went into the creation of this property many years ago,and could see the incredible potential beyond being completely overgrown and abandoned.  After over a year of hard work, devotion and creativity to bring the property back to life, the property became reborn as "Park Place" through complete renovations to the interior and exterior of the property.

Park Place began hosting guests in July of 2021.  All our guests have thoroughly enjoyed the enchantment and uniqueness of the 46 acres Park Place has to offer.  In September of 2022, we completed the renovations to the Park Place Barn Event Space as a fabulous optional addition to the property.
